"We stayed at this hotel during August 2005 for two nights. Quite a charming hotel. We reserved the room using expedia. We arrived rather late in the evening at Zermatt (around 8.30 pm) so the hotel taxi was not available. We were told that if we had arrived before 7 pm, they would have sent us the hotel..."
