I have already written a couple reviews on this place, which I keep visiting on business. I can really see it improve. Last summer, they did not have any decent aircon, only movable units. Now, they do have a central aircon system, working great (room 313). They keep adding special attention inside the rooms, like Instructions For Use : for the Spa, to operate the TV, to operate the aircon. Not quickly word processed wthins, but nicely designed printed materials. In summer, they have fluffy sleepers. Well in summer they have flip-flops instead. Checking-in at 10.45 pm on a sunday, I was not offered the usual glass of champagne. I used room service for dinner. Response on the phone was very professional, and friendly, in a way they manage greatly. Food delivered 15 minutes earlier than planned. They set up the table right on the balcony. Albeit simple, food was good and abundant. Not cheap, but then why would it be ? Breakfast was delivered in the same manner. They could do a little better, I think, on the quality of bread and pastries. Keep going, guys ! I keep looking forward to my next stay with you. Hopefully soon.

We had a quick one night stay over at the hotel on our way to France - and had a great experience. The hotel has a quite young and motivated stuff, location is absolutely fabulous (they even have no traffic in front of the hotel), clients are mixed and interesting, breakfast very good, rooms very nice, relaxing and cool spa and beds just like the ones you dream to have at home. We had no lake view (ok for one night) and the only room on the first floor which they were just not renovating (well you get used to these 'special treatments' travelling with a one year old kid), but as the hotel was so nice, we did not even care about that. If they are finding now these doors which are keeping out the sounds of the bar and the smoke under the door at night, we will give only highest ratings to this great hotel!

Because of the very good reviews of other visitors of this Hotel my expectations were very high. But they were met!! The hotel is very well situated at the lake of Geneva. The welcome was very warm and we were offered a glass of Champagne. The room was very spacious and there was enough space for clothes, etc. Breakfast and Diner (we booked Half Board) were very worth the money. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it on the terrasse of the hotel. Diner was excellent. For the half board price I have never has such an offer!!! Spa was also very cute and good supplied with bath things. My Tip: If you would like to stay at this hotel, book a room with frontal lake view. The rooms at the back of the Hotel are cheaper, but as you can read from other reviews could be noisy and have not a very exciting view.
