For July 1 - July 30, must cancel reservation 30 days prior to arrival and failure to cancel with guidelines result in entire stay billed. Deposit for full amount of stay for individuals is due 48 hours prior to arrival and for groups is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted for deposit and gets charged 2 days prior to arrival.
