The 3−star Luzana hotel is in Aviles town centre, in the heart of the historic centre and the shopping area. It is one of the best preserved parts of the Cantabrian coast, and has magnificent examples of buildings with galleries, arcaded streets, mediaeval churches and palatial houses from various periods.Luzana hotel is an establishment with a family tradition of over 100 years. We take pride in offering personal customer care. The hotel is on Calle de la Fruta, a quiet pedestrian street (although cars can get to the hotel door). It is part of the artistic−monument centre, and links Plaza de Camposagrado square with Plaza de España square, where the Town Hall is to be found. There is a car park underneath this square, just a few metres from the hotel.The hotel restaurant,a Serrana, has been awarded the Príncipe de Asturias Gastronomy Prize by the Tourist Board. It has also been awarded a prize for its (seafood stew) by the Buena Mesa del Mar Brotherhood.
