The hotel is very clean and new (dates from 2005) throughout, the staff are very friendly and helpful (and at least tri-lingual) and the views from the breakfast room and our room (2nd floor) were great. Yes, you need a car to reach it from the lake level. Price (150 euros per room per night with breakfast in June 2008) is around or less than average for Lake Como.Definately recommend it

wonderful location. Amazing view. You need a car as the hotel is up on the hill but that is why you have a wonderful view. Owners are amazing and great Coffee! Tremezzo is very convenient close to the ferry for Bellaggio which you don't want to miss.

Rooms have excelent view of Lake Como. Hotel is very new and owners hospitality level is high. Location is very very , Tremezzo is the one of the best location of como lake. There have been ferryboat from Tremmezo to Meganio, Como , Bellagio and hotel staff is helping for all information and needs Due to hotel is located on the mountain without car is very difficult to arrive this location . Hotel rooms are quite,peacefull, big, very clean , lovely new furnishment. They have excellent breakfast and breakfast room has magnificient lake view. We liked a lot and we would like to go again. I recomend every visitors. Please do not forget this place is 35-40 minitues driving distance to Como Downtown.

Nice hotel situated on the hills overlooking Tremezzo and spectacular views over the lake. The hotel has a quiet location with most rooms with lakeside views. The room was a good size and very clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with the restaurant terrace overlooking the lake. The ideal location close to the ferry terminal and close to the Swiss border for further exploration. If you like tranquility this is the hotel for it.
