The hotel is beautiful, set amongst an olive grove on the hills above Salo. It is a 40 minutes walk to the Lake, but a short drive- well worth it! We stayed for 3 heavenly nights - food and wine was superb and a recommended restaurant in Salo was one of the finest meals we had during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a romantic getaway.

Wir waren letzte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Hotel, der einem als Gast den Eindruck vermittelt sich auf seinem privaten Landsitz zu befinden. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden und versüßtem einem den Aufenthalt so daß wirkliche Erholung stattfinden konnte. Der perfekte und persönliche, aber unaufdringliche Service des Personals rundete den positiven Gesamteindruck ab. Das Restaurant des Hotels kocht vorzüglichst und der Weinkeller ist hervorragend. Schön fand ich auch, daß Internet einfach und jederzeit (über eigenen Laptop - Stecker wird gestellt) zu haben war und die Zimmer bereits mit Flachbildschirmen ausgestattet sind! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommern!

This is just a beautiful four star resort located outside Saló on the hillside. After breakfast most of the guest tends to spend the hole day at the pool with a panoramic view over Laka Garda and the surrounding mountains -- I am one of them. The staff is very friendly and all is trying the best to make it a pleasant stay for you. It has just been open for a year and the ambition is high, so I hope the grow with it and countinues to deliver good quality.
