Stayed there for daughters graduation. Hallway smelled musty, room smelled and a/c did not work. Sheets were coarse. Apparently, no ones a/c worked, room was so hot the first night that we left and checked into the Craddock Terry Hotel, which was wonderful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean and the maid service was exceptional.

Nice hotel, standard Holiday Inn. Restuarant food was not very good - Fish was over cooked, dry - but we ( as a group) were the only customers on a Sunday evening. Perhaps they were not expecting people to dine. Front desk very accomodating. Perfectly adequate hotel.

Check in was easy and secure. My husband had checked in to our room prior to my arrival, and he was away when I arrived. The attendant would not give me a key to my room until I gave him my drivers license to make a copy of. I liked this! Rooms were clean, although bedding looked a bit dated. We were part of a wedding party, and the hotel graciously booked all of us at one end of one floor. Hotel lobby is inviting. Housekeeping was willing to stay and clean after we left for the wedding (about 2:30 pm). After leaving the area, I thought I left my garment bag in the room closet. Turns out I didn't, but the housekeeping supervisor was courteous and professional in dealing with me.

I loved it! Okay, so I only stayed one night, but that's all I needed. The internet was fast and free, the staff was friendly. As a matter of fact, the printer in the business office wasn't working, but one of the front desk agents let me print my directions back home on her desktop in the reservations office. My only thing...I wish they had a fridge and microwave for that room rate; however, price (and wasting perfectly good left-over pizza) aside, it was a great stay.
