I only stayed here one night, but was well looked after. For the money it was ok, the bathroom suite was a little antiquated and dark, but it was more than adequate and all very clean. The room was great and the views quite good, although sadly too far for a beach view. The staff on the beach however were great and you got a bed and umbrella when down there, unlike other hotels that make you carry a fold up chair and heavy umbrella with you!! Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

This is a very functional hotel Rooms slightly tired, average breakfast and poor snack food. A bit expensive for what it is, but Ipenema is expensive so...?

This mid size hotel is located on Prudente de Morais street, one block from the Ipanema beach. However, this is not a beach hotel at all. Rather a business and to some degree convention hotel. The feel is more of a midtown place than a beach hotel. Rooms are ageing and have only basic appointments. The restaurant has a breathtaking view and breakfast buffet is generous and very good. However, overall the hotel is overpriced. Internet access in the rooms is expensive and does not always work.
