très joli hôtel, fonctinnel, avec sa piscine entourée de palmiers...seul petit souci, l'oubli de la direction de préciser 2 soirées de mariages....justement les jours ou nous avions réserver....conclusion....nous nous sommes faits invités pour faire la fête et tout c'est agréablement bien passé! après tout...nous étions en vacances non?

We booked the hotel through an internet booking site called Otel, who I believe are based in the States. The description on their website sold the place for us because it sounded great, with all the comforts we like such as tea/coffee facilities in the room, free paper and robes etc. When we arrived we found that this was incorrect and none of these things were included. The hotel itself is fine, with an efficient reception, comfy bar and nice restaurant. Breakfast was included and while the choice was limited it was adequate. The pool looked OK, although we never found time to use it. The garden area around the pool could have done with some work and I personally prefer grass to dust. Now for the disappointing bit. In the pictures on the website the rooms looked pretty spacious. This was in fact creative photography as they were small. The carpet and walls in our room were dirty and the radio and air con didn’t work. The sea view required a decent pair of binoculars and the TV blocked the wardrobe. Now the positives. The bed was fine and the linen was changed daily. The bathroom was compact but OK, and was cleaned and the towels changed daily. On the whole we were satisfied with the hotel; if only a little disappointed that it did not live up to expectations. We had a lovely time and got to visit all the sites we planned to. The hotel is ideally situated for this as it is outside the town and close to the main roads. Not sure we if we would stay there again, but the price was right so maybe.
