I recommend this hotel for: A romantic getaway, Families with teenagers, Older travelers, Tourists.
Great location but basic room right in centre of Lausanne.
Staff very friendly and thery managed to cope with me arriving after midnight- which is likley to affect a lot of travellers from UK as the flights all seem to arrive pretty late into Geneva airport. The hotel simply provided me the code for their front door (there is no 24h reception but there is a porter somewhere in the building) and my room key etc was waiting on reception desk. Overall not bad at all for the price.
