This hotel is as good as all the other reviews say! Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. We didn't try the pool or any other amenities. My only complaint is that I didn't like the coffee, but there are plenty of places nearby to get some, so that's not a big deal. If it's not available, there are a few other new looking hotels in the same area that might also be nice, but I'd try this one first!

Booked two room on Holiday Inn points for only 5,000 each-very good deal. Property seemed new. Breakfast was a great Holiday Inn Express breakfast with the common room very modern. Everything looks relatively new but not overly luxurious, just a very nice express. Good location off the interstate.

Made reservations to spend 1 night at this hotel while traveling from a wedding back home. I called to make sure they understood we would be arriving late and needed to make sure our room would be available. Arrived to prompt friendly service at the desk, fast check-in and and went right up to our room. The room looked brand new. I've traveled a lot in the past year and never had a room that looked this clean. I considered the room and bedding upscale for the price paid. Great nights sleep and nice breakfast in their breakfast room the next morning. The morning breakfast and front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. I found out that the hotel is not a smoke free facility and is also pet friendly. I was actually on the floor where pets and smokers are placed. I noted the pet friendly sign and treats at the front desk but would have never known otherwise. I'm all for complete non-smoking facilities and no pets allowed but based on the experience at this location, I will most certainly consider staying again.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel. We had driven 5 hours to attend a University of Tennessee Men's basketball game. We found the hotel and the staff incredible!!! The hotel was sparkling clean and rooms well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom very nice. The hotel staff was wonderful. This was Southern Hospitality at its best!! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The hostess in the breakfast room is Patty--she is there to please!! Good food--southern style!! This is only 10 minutes from downtown. Stay here--you will have a great stay in Knoxville!! Everyone at this hotel should be commended on your efforts. Customer service at its highest level of excellence!! Mark Evansville, IN

This is my favorite hotels in this area. Very clean, very nice staff and very comfortable beds. We stay here each time we travel through Knoxville.
