A reservation must be cancelled 42 days prior to midnight on day of arrival for a full refund of deposit or so that the guest credit card is not charged 35% of stay. Cancellations made 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: 35% charge, 7 days prior: 100% charge.
Guarantee policy
All reservations need a deposit 42 days prior to arrival. Deposit required: 200.00. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival date require full prepayment.
